1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Bombdiggity LLC's website, services, or coaching programs (including the Prove Yourself Right Program), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Services Description

Coaching Services: Custom 8-week virtual quests for busy, ambitious humans ready to gamify their growth. Hybrid coaching blends strategic support, playful accountability, and evidence-based transformation. Includes programs like Prove Yourself Right and The Joy Rx for Women Physicians, along with check-in calls, text support, progress tracking, program materials, and curated packages including the Right Stuff kit with binder.

Speaking & Writing: Keynote presentations, workshop facilitation, and book authorship.

Commercial Services: Business consulting, fractional CXO services, and custom consulting engagements.

3. Program Enrollment and Payment

Payment Terms: Payment terms and pricing are outlined in individual program agreements. Payment is typically due in full upon enrollment unless other arrangements are made. All fees are non-refundable.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to: provide accurate information, participate actively in sessions, communicate respectfully, take responsibility for implementing recommendations, and attend scheduled calls or provide 24-hour notice for rescheduling.

5. Coaching Relationship

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions. We maintain confidentiality except for legal requirements or safety concerns.

6. Payment and Cancellation Policy

No Refunds: All coaching services are non-refundable once enrollment is complete. We begin customizing your program and preparing materials immediately upon enrollment.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials and methods are proprietary to Bombdiggity LLC. You may use materials for personal development but not commercial purposes. You grant us permission to use anonymized testimonials and case studies.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Coaching is not a substitute for medical, legal, or financial advice. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.

9. Termination

You may terminate with written notice (no refund provided). We may terminate for breach of terms, inappropriate behavior, or non-payment.

10. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Indiana law. Disputes will be resolved in Indiana courts. We encourage good-faith resolution of disputes.

PRIVACY POLICY

Information We Collect

Personal Information: Name, email, phone, address, payment details, application responses, coaching notes, and communication records.

Automatic Information: Website usage data, IP address, cookies, and platform data from Kajabi.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to deliver coaching services, process payments, send program materials and packages, provide text support, send newsletters and updates, and improve our services.

Information Sharing

We do not sell your information. We may share with service providers (Kajabi, payment processors, shipping companies), for legal requirements, or in business transfers.
